Background : An 18 years old female presented to us with complaints of dull aching pain in the upper abdomen for 6 months with intermittent nausea. On investigation, she was found to have a well-defined heterogenous mass arising from the distal body and tail of the pancreas which was abutting the left kidney, splenic hilum, and greater curvature of the stomach. On CT abdominal angiogram, it was seen to be supplied by branches of the splenic artery and left gastric artery. The patient underwent laparoscopic distal pancreatectomy along with splenectomy for the same. On post-operative histopathological examination, the mass was found to be a solid psuedopapillay epithelial neoplasm of the pancreas.
